Entry Tips
Prepare a clear, complete, and visually strong submission before entering AIDEA.
Start by completing your profile details properly so your entry is attached to accurate company, designer, and contact information. A well-prepared profile helps your submission appear professional from the beginning.
Before You Submit
(Use this checklist to strengthen your entry)
- Write titles, credits, and project descriptions in clear English for our jury.
- Keep the concept statement concise, but explain the idea, purpose, and design impact.
- Select images that show both the full project and important details.
- Choose a strong first image because it will represent the work at a glance.
- Upload a supporting PDF when drawings, specifications, or process material add useful context.
- Enter multiple relevant categories when the project fits more than one area.
AIDEA Guidance
The strongest AIDEA entries combine polished presentation with a clear story. Make it easy for the jury to understand what the project is, why it matters, and how successfully it has been executed.
Focus on clarity, quality, and relevance. A submission that is visually compelling, well-documented, and aligned to the right category will always make a stronger impression.
